We're back with the Minnesota State Edition, for a wholly unremarkable day of television. As you know if you've read these in the past, that's not meant as a criticism; it just means there's nothing out of the ordinary on, save that James Bond special. But in fact that's what television was like most of the time - your regular shows, just the way you like them.
I think almost every station in America carried The Big Picture at one time or another. A very durible series.
A few years after this issue, it would be almost impossible to see a black-and-white movie on network television, but fortunately that mentality hadn't yet come along, which is why a drama like "Two for the Seesaw" is on the CBS Friday Night Movie.
Actress Joanne Dru, one of the squares on The Hollywood Squares is, of course, the sister of host Peter Marshall.
"The Indestructible Man" stars Lon Chaney Jr. as a man whom authorities find it impossible to kill. If you've ever seen it, you've never seen it unless you've seen it on Mystery Science Theater 3000. TV

Adela Rogers St. Johns was an interesting choice to be a guest on Pat Boone's show - not an entertainer, but the former "World's Greatest Girl Reporter" in the 1920s and 30s, in addition to being a novelist, screenwriter, and frequent talk show guest. Check out her Wikipediapage; she lived a rather remarkable life.

This is a good example of KCMT's dual affiliations in action. In addition to their regular NBC programming, they have General Hospital, Hoppity Hooper and Batman in today's afternoon lineup. When I lived in the area, they managed to include almost the entire ABC Saturday morning schedule across the afternoon timeslots.
