This week the Bicentennial year begins, to conclude on July 4, 1976. On Friday night, Tom Snyder and Tomorrow celebrate with a six-hour extravaganza, and on Thursday night we go to Oklahoma City for a variety special featuring Bob Hope. We have none of that today, however; I had no particular reason for choosing these listings, other than that they give us a pretty good look at the average television schedule in 1975. Tony Orlando - remember him? Little House on the Prairie is in its first season - remember when you could mention Laura Ingalls Wilder's name in public? The game shows and variety shows show us the stars of the day, and in case everything stresses you out, Mister Rogers is still around to help us out. This week's listings come from the Twin Cities edition.
