We talked about the Canadian Football on Saturday, but the Vikings-Colts broadcast at 6:30 p.m. is actually a half-hour of edited highlights from Sunday's game. Because of the home blackout rules, shows like this were very popular in the '60s and '70s. They might even have a guest, a player or coach who could explain the significance of the highlights we saw. Of course, I prefer to see it as simply a warmup for the Esks-Argos battle. TV
